Fees for landscape design services are structured around the following services:
Development of the project brief, scope and budget.
SITE SURVEY & ANALYSIS
A complete line and level survey, site analysis, photography.
DESIGN CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
Provides as visual representation of the concept via CAD drawings, 3D visuals and a mood board of the project palette.
LANDSCAPE PLANS & DEVELOPMENT
Includes technical drawings specifying plants, materials and built elements, enabling quotes and construction of your new garden.
PLANT SCHEDULES & LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE PLAN
A list of all plants included in the design, along with the necessary information to ensure the health and vigour of your new garden.
Sourcing furniture, pots, planters and garden accessories suited to the style of your new outdoor living space.

INITIAL DESIGN CONSULTATION
The initial design consultation fee starts at $250, and depends on location.
This consultation takes around 1 - 1.5 hours, on site or online (Skype, FaceTime) for interstate and overseas clients.
It's a chance to gain advice about improvements that can be made to your property. You may like to take notes or sketches as written recommendations aren't provided during this consultation.
We'll become better acquainted and you'll become familiar with how I work and what I do.
LANDSCAPE DESIGN SERVICES
Designs can range from $2500 for a small courtyard to $6000+ for a large garden. Natural outdoor playspaces start from around $5000, while commercial landscapes vary greatly.
The design fee is calculated after the initial design consultation and is a set fee. A deposit is paid on acceptance of the fee proposal, with the balance payable in two equal instalments.
On completion of the site survey and analysis, it is usual for the Design Concept to be provided within four weeks, depending on the project schedule. Allow another 3-4 weeks for the Final Plan Set. Drawings include:
Mood board & project palette
3D visualisations: perspectives and flythroughs
Hard Landscaping Plan (including paving treatment, decking, structures, water features/pools, lighting)
